And the last part of the gorgeous wedding in south of France! The reception was at the Le Grand Jardin in Fayence! The table setting were simple but in the same time unique, with a touch of the nature, just like couple! Oh, and the best part of the night was the desert table :))

Wedding in Fayence :: Melody + David :: Forest Photoshoot
The wedding was in the beginning of October and we were all expecting great weather, but the forecast wasn’t going along with our plans so I thought we’ll need to cancel our trip to the forest. Luckily bride and groom are adventurous π and did not scared of the rain! When, me on the other side, started thinking where to hide my gear in case of the rain π We were very lucky, it rained for a minute and gave us the chance to take some cool shots of that beautiful forest with giant trees. With us also came two very close friends of the bride and groom! They brought a surprise basket, with chilled wine and some cheese with crackers. These guys are awesome π Wine is always a good option for couples who are a bit shy for the camera π So if you are camera-shy, glass of a bubbly will save you and me from stress π
It was a dream come true wedding! It was a perfect match, that magical forest, south of France, her boho dress, his kilt π and off course the whole day was awesome!
There’s still another post coming up from this wedding π
Hope you enjoy this one π If you do, comments are very welcome!
Wedding in Fayence :: Melody + David :: Ceremony
I am excited to share a second post about Dave and Melody’s wedding in south of France. This post is about the ceremony that was in Mairie De Montauroux. These two have known each other for 8,5 years! And lets get a bit personal. Melody is answering some questions.
How did you two meet? we met in 2008 when i joined the yacht Dave was working on. i was
only suppose to stay for 3 weeks and ended up staying for almost 3 years.
How did he pop the question? we headed to the mountains, just the two of us, for a day on our
snowboards. we were in the trees, lovely powder day and he waited for me to catch up, on a
steep slope and had the ring ready. i had no idea. {that’s is soooo romantic}
Oh and I had story there π I know I know its not about me, but I need to tell this. So basically after the ceremony everyone went out for a drink on the square (luckily there was a mushroom festival that day and they were selling drinks just outside of Mairie π Anyway, I was hanging around there and taking pictures. Suddenly I had to go to toilet. So there was one inside the Mairie. It was on a third floor. 5 min later I’m coming down and the main door is locked :0 OMG!!! Let me tell you this, I have freaked my ass out! Gee, I was hitting that big door and shouting in hope that someone will hear me. Luckily we had to go to the forest for the photo session, so they start looking for me π Probably if I was one of the guests I would probably spend a weekend in Mairie :)) That was the weirdest thing that happened to me in many years.
OK, so now you know whats the next post will be about π
Wedding in Fayence :: Melody + David :: Getting ready
And there it goes, South of France wedding is gone online. I was editing and thinking how can I show all these beautiful pictures in one post. AndΒ of course I wont be sharing it all in one post :), because it would take forever to see it all. So I made 4 posts :0 You’ll have to wait for the rest of the images π Its a first time I did something like this. But I could not resist showing all these beautiful detail of Melody’s and David’s wedding.
I know these two quite a while and I was super excited when they asked me to shoot their wedding. First of all because they are the sweetest, second – because we were waiting for this day long time π and third – because who would not want to shoot in South of France :))
