I am such a lucky girl to be able to travel for work I love to do! This time I’m in little town called Fayence in the mountains a half an hour from Cannes. I had two morning to enjoy this amazing place. Both morning was raining π But who cares when you are in South of France π Just before heading to the wedding I went to have a breakfast and found a market in the center. Right away they got me trying vegetable chips and topenades (olive paste). OMG these taste incredible!!! Later drunk my tea and went to the near by town to meet the bride. The next day after the wedding came back again to the same place for topenade π but it wasnt there π French people don’t work on sundays! The town was totally empty and all shops closed, so no breakfast for me π
Bodrum Castle Wedding :: Bradley + Hannah
Hannah and Bradley were getting ready to become wife and husband in Bodrum Castle! Their family and friends were anticipating the moment for Hannah to arrive, looking like medieval princes, finally to tie a knot between two families! It has been a happy and sunny day for two love birds to promise their heart and love to each other in such magical a place like Bodrum Castle.
Thank you for letting me to capture your beautiful wedding!
What is your ‘story’?
We became a couple in October 2006 although had known each other for several months prior. We met through mutual friends as Brad played in a band with a friend of mine’s then boyfriend. After spending several months going along to watch the band’s gigs we became a couple. Brad proposed to me whilst on a 3 week holiday to Gumbet in July 2014. I recall he was acting odd all evening but I couldn’t put my finger on why. Turns out he was planning on proposing but couldn’t seem to find the right time to do it. In the end it was beside the hotel’s swimming pool after failed attempts of proposing in our favorite restaurant and along the beach! It’s safe to say I didn’t have a clue what he was planning and it was a real surprise. Even my mother knew he was going to do it and she didn’t let on.
What do you love about her/him?
Hannah is – compassionate, pushes me to be a better man, makes me happy, a terrific mother, easy going, fun to be with, thoughtful, beautiful.
Brad is – Undoubtedly so committed and passionate about being able to provide for us as a family. He is the most easy going and accommodating person I have ever met. He will always do whatever he can to make someone happy – and he has made me incredibly happy. Fantastic father and I love the relationship he has with our daughter. He has the patience of a saint and I wish I had his ability to not ‘sweat the small stuffβ. Above all else, he is my best friend and he makes me a better person.
Why did you choose Turkey/Bodrum for your ceremony?
We have been holidaying in Bodrum for several years and after getting engaged whilst on holiday and it being our favorite holiday destination, it seemed fitting to get married there.
Karia Bel Hotel Bozburun Wedding :: Kerry + Michel
Arrived to Bozburun following my GPS, that was taking me to KariaBel hotel. Ended up parking a car at the end of the road, where I could not see the hotel. So I called them, and they told me they are coming to pick me up with a boat π Whaaat? How romantic is that? I knew this wedding is going to be different and beautiful. So I picked up all my gear from the car to board a little boat that will take me to the main hotel building. While moving on a boat to the hotel, wind blew my hat away, cause I did not worry for my hat as much as I did for my gear, not to get wet π luckily the man who drove a boat, did not get lost and went back to pick it up. So far the day was going smooth.
Next stop was bride room. And guess what, I had to take another boat trip to get there π Finally I met my beautiful bride Kerry. She was getting ready and helping her niece and sister to get their make up done. They had plenty of time to just enjoy each others company before it gets busy. I left the ladies to do the final touch ups and left to look for groom. Michel room was just few rooms away from Kerry. I was told the groom has identical twin π I was all stressed out, so that I do not mixed them up π But once the twin brother of the groom showed up, it was sure I would never get them confused. You will see why, in the images below. These guys are super funny, could not stop smiling all day long. You could not feel any wedding stress there.
We could not ask for any better day for such a beautiful wedding!
Thank you for having me and let me document your day!
Trakai Castle
Last 3 weeks I spent in my home country, Lithuania. Of course that’s not the best time of the year to visit my home, because its raining, snowing, cloudy and cold π But here I am and here is a set of images from Trakai castle and Pazaisliu monastery. These beautiful places are in the area of Kaunas and Vilnius. We had quick walk about in Trakai castle, probably about 30 minutes and in that short time we did not feel our toes π Later going back to Kaunas we stopped in Pazaisliu monastery. It was one of the most beautiful monastery I ‘ve seen. Especially the interior, it was amazingly beautiful!
Tuscany Wedding Photographer :: Pisa
I cant get enough of Italy! Pisa stole my heart! It’s architecture, streets, food and river view is amazing and of-course the famous Pisa Tower.Β I did not do that epic shot, holding the leaning Pisa tower :), because there are so many people trying to take that shot π Of course I completely understand them, if you are there you’ve got to help Pisa tower to hold there for a little longer π I took these images in Christmas time, so the Christmas tree is there and a lady who hand draw on the Christmas tree decorations.
Have you been to Pisa? And what was your experience there?
